Terms of Service

ShipMetrics is operated by Dmytro Virych, a sole trader established in Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

ShipMetrics reads advertising spend, attributed installs and subscription revenue from accounts you connect, and reports what those numbers say: payback days, return on ad spend, and cohort performance. It is a reporting tool. It does not manage your advertising, and it does not make decisions for you.

The figures we show depend entirely on the data your connected providers give us. Where that data is incomplete, delayed or restated by the provider, our figures will reflect that. We do not estimate, model or extrapolate numbers we have not measured, which means some figures will be shown as unavailable rather than filled in.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You confirm you are entitled to connect the accounts you connect, and to let us read data from them.

We request read-only access wherever a provider offers it. We will never write to your advertising accounts, change budgets or bids, or alter your billing configuration.

Plans are $9 per month for 1 app, and $19 per month for up to 10 apps. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of tracked installs — 50k on Solo, 500k on Studio. If you exceed your allowance we charge $2 for each additional 50k tracked installs, added to your next invoice. We will email you before you cross your allowance.

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Creem’s terms. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply, which Creem calculates and collects.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from inside the product, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

If the service does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. After that, we refund on a case-by-case basis where something has clearly gone wrong on our side. Refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method.

Do not attempt to breach or test the security of the service, access another customer’s data, resell the service without our agreement, or use it to process data you have no right to. We may suspend an account that does any of these, or that puts the service at risk for others.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party providers we depend on impose their own rate limits and data-retention windows, and outages or changes on their side can affect what we can show you.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for advertising decisions you make, or for lost profits or revenue.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach these terms. When the agreement ends we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
